[Bug 175904] Re: Firefox-3.0 window moves to current workspace

2008-07-15 Thread Bismark
I'm getting email from this bug and hundreds others because I'm
subscribed to the whole 8.04 package somehow.

You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to
Ubuntu: ubuntu-8.04.

I cannot find anywhere to unsubscribe from this and I can't unsubscribe
from individual bugs because I'm not subscribed to them directly.

Help!

[Bug 229768] [NEW] Ekiga-gtkonly will not open ports in Xubuntu

2008-05-12 Thread Bismark
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ekiga-gtkonly

When launch ekiga-gtkonly in Xubuntu 8.04 a list of errors appear in the
terminal along with two dialog boxes stating that it cannot open the
ports necessary for H.323 SIP.

If I install the full ekiga client (which brings in additional libraries
and services such as evolution which I do not want) it functions
correctly.

Dialog 1
Error while starting the listener for the SIP protocol
You will not be able to receive incoming SIP calls. Please check that no other
program is already running on the port used by Ekiga.

Dialog 2
Error while starting the listener for the H.323 protocol
You will not be able to receive incoming H.323 calls. Please check that no
other program is already running on the port used by Ekiga.

[Bug 177869] Re: vmware-server-console broken after 2.2ubuntu2

2008-04-17 Thread Bismark
I moved the libgcc file being referenced and then I received the same
output that hggdh received (libpixbufloader-png.so: wrong ELF class:
ELFCLASS64)

[Bug 185752] Re: dbus and f-spot not does not start f-spot

2008-04-10 Thread Bismark
I tried the fix listed in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dbus/+bug/207157 by creating
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/15dbus file. It seems to have fixed the problem,
however use-session-dbus is listed in /etc/X11/Xsession.options and I
don't know what if any conflict this will cause.
