I never consciously enabled anything called Tiling Assistant. Is that on
by default in Jammy? If so, I agree that this is a duplicate.

I am using the Lunar (23.04) development release.

Recently some keyboard shortcuts have stopped working, notably
Ctrl+Alt+T to open a new terminal.

Also -- I don't know if this is related, but it seems likely -- gnome-
control-center crashes when clicking "View and Customize Shortcuts"
under "Keyboard Shortcuts" in "Keyboard". This error message is printed
when it crashes:

'org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys' does not contain a key named 
'terminal'
