[Bug 44689] Re: Crash when switching images rapidly in collection pane

2006-06-15 Thread Callum McKenzie
The upstream bug now has a patch attached which appears to fix the
problems (there are actually two race conditions with very similar
symptoms).

[Bug 31664] no high scores in glines (dapper)

2006-02-17 Thread Callum McKenzie
Public bug report changed:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/31664

Comment:
This is the upstream maintainer. Can I ask the people who see this problem (I
don't) what the contents of the files
/var/games/glines.scores
/var/games/glines.Small.scores
/var/games/glines.Medium.scores
/var/games/glines.Large.scores
are? Also, what permissions do these files have (and do they even exist on your
machine)?

The symptoms described would occur if none of these files are installed.
If that is the case then it is probably a packaging problem since they
need to be created at install time if they don't exist already. Maybe
someone did something to get around the setgid problem that I inflicted
on everyone earlier in the release cycle? If that was the case going
back to whatever was used for Breezy should work.
