[Bug 1548977] [NEW] No "empty trash" context menu entry for the trashcan in the filemanager sidebar
Public bug reported: Running Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch) 16.04 x64 Nautilus 1:3.18.4.is.3.14.3-0ubuntu2 In the file manager there are shortcuts to special folders such as Documents, Music and Pictures. There's also a Trashcan shortcut. When right clicking on the trashcan there's no "empty trash" entry to empty the trashcan. It has the same options as the other shortcuts. If I want to empty trash from the file manager I have to enter the trash folder and delete it's content. That has not been the case in earlier Ubuntu releases. [Bug 1290442] [NEW] Folder bookmark icons in Nautilus in color instead of black as it used to be.
Public bug reported: On a fresh Ubuntu-GNOME 14.04 install icons for folders added as bookmarks in Nautilus are in color instead of black as the other side bar icons are. Network place bookmarks are black as they should be. The color icons for bookmarked folders were not present in Ubuntu GNOME 13.10. See screen shot here where the 'Notes' and BitTorrent' bookmark icons are in color while the 'Media Storage' for a network share is black: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3esaeygmdrh5qg/BookmarkIconsNautilus.png I would expect all the icons in the sidebar to have the same color as it did in previous versions.
