[Bug 579703] [NEW] gparted wrongly reports partition "mounted" when uuid and label are duplicates
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: yelp Running GParted 0.5.1, I found that /dev/sde7 was reported as mounted although it was not mounted. Trying to ascertain why, I discovered that it was a clone of /dev/sda1; "clone" meaning the device label and uuid were also the same. I changed the uuid of /dev/sde7 using tune2fs, refreshed the disk read in GParted, and saw that the erroneous report of a mounted device went away. Here is a screen shot. I am using Lucid (10.04), 64-bit. I expect GParted not to report "mounted" when a device is not actually mounted. ** Affects: yelp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: gparted mounted uuid -- gparted wrongly reports partition "mounted" when uuid and label are duplicates https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/579703 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to yelp in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 106060] Re: [r128 1002:5446] Selecting the Molecule screensaver makes the PC freeze. It is completely unresponsive.
My computer running Lucid -- and before the upgrade -- Karmic -- on a 64-bit AMD platform has locked up twice with the screensaver under Lucid. It only does it once in a while. Another time it almost locked up but I was able to get it back after repeated slaps at the Esc key. Unfortunately, I did not look to see what the screensaver is named. It was the one where columns of green text-like figures slide vertically down the screen on a black background. -- [r128 1002:5446] Selecting the Molecule screensaver makes the PC freeze. [Bug 566994] [NEW] Can't see subscribed subfolders in folder list when archiving messages
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution It could be that one of the suggested bug reports matches my situation, but I can't understand well enough what was written in the couple of possible candidates to know for sure. I refresh my folders and I see all IMAP folders and have subscribed to them all. Yet in the folder map many subfolders are still not visible. I have read some mail in my inbox and want to archive it to a subfolder on the IMAP server. But from the "Move" menu I can't see the folder I want to use. (And yet it is a subscribed folder and I can see it when I refresh subscribed folders.)
