Yes, my iOS4 device seems to prompt that off. It asked to be initialised on plugin. Since I have downgraded to 3.1.3 I can sync again and don't get that message. Adrian's right - left click should show and hide, right click should show menu with additional options like other apps. Also, Show Rhythmbox still appears when it is shown, and should be hide - you have to click the X. If I want to pause/etc, it worked well that it was in the right click menu and that left click once was to show and hide. That made sense.
