[Bug 709133] [NEW] Empathy doesn't handle sip: URL

2011-01-28 Thread Dominique Hazael-Massieux
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

empathy offers SIP functionality, but cannot be invoked with a sip: URL,
making it much less usable to launch from e.g. a Web browser.

This is similar to the need of reacting to irc:// URL schemes #496085
and thus also linked to the upstream bug of
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=541156

ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10
Package: empathy 2.32.1-0ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-24.42-generic 2.6.35.8

[Bug 662709] Re: Can not open link in e-mail - can not allocate memory

2011-01-12 Thread Dominique Hazael-Massieux
I'm experiencing the exact same issue; it happens when opening links or
opening attachments, and only after evolution has run for a while. The
problem disappears when restarting evolution, which seems to confirm
this is an evolution-specific problem.

I can also confirm it is a new problem, probably since 10.10 (although I
can't remember exactly when the problem started to appear).

It is very annoying too, so I hope its importance can be raised; I'm
happy to run further tests if that can help identify the problem.

[Bug 122601] UI should allow easier access to editing title of terminal

2007-06-27 Thread Dominique Hazael-Massieux
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

Currently, editing the title of a terminal is only available through a Menu
item; it would be great if it could be available:
* through a keyboard shortcut
* as an option in a context menu when right-clicking on the tab title
* or by double clicking on the tab title
