No the option adjust for TV is not there, also the problem is that the screen is out of bounds in right and downward direction, left and upwards fits the screen just fine. I will retest this once i have access to the problematic computer (it is a work desktop) The problems appears all the time, only thing that displays it within screen bounds is changing resolution to 1080p.
