[Bug 440828] Re: ignore play command after queue finished
SRU justification. This is a minor but annoying bug that already collected a couple of duplicates. It was fixed in upstream version 0.12.6 and thus in Lucid. The patch posted here is taken from upstream (http://git.gnome.org/browse/rhythmbox/commit/?id=d655375d6321ce91ba51cf0a5fe217333b62ad6b). TEST CASE: 1. Open rhythmbox. 2. Select an album, start the last track. 3. Use the search-position-bar to go near the end of the music file. 4. Wait until the playback finishes. 5. Press Play-Button (in program or notification-icon) OR double click on another music file or another album OR select another album or music file and press the button 6. The play button will push in, the album art will load and the song will get the "Playing" icon next to it, but it won't be playing. "It's just a one-line change!" And this patch was used in Debian (version 0.12.5-2). It survives upstream until now. ** Attachment added: "440828.debdiff" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/37211535/440828.debdiff ** Changed in: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Assignee: Ilya Barygin (randomaction) => (unassigned) -- ignore play command after queue finished https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/440828 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 443406] Re: evolution-dev should depend on libgtkhtml3.14-dev
Sebastien, thank you for the quick fix. However, I think that evolution- plugin.pc.in should also be adjusted so that cflags propagate properly. It also turns out that libebook/e-destination.h is included from composer/e-msg-composer.h, so evolution-dev should also depend on libebook1.2-dev. I'm attaching a debdiff with modifications to debian/control and evolution-plugin.pc.in. [Bug 134214] Re: [gutsy] no sound alert on new mail in evolution
Gutsy, Evolution 2.12.1. When I change my settings to sound notification, nothing happens on new mail arrival. But specifying /usr/share/example-content/ubuntu\ Sax.ogg as the custom sound to be played produces noise when the mail arrives (the contents of the file must be misinterpreted). -- [gutsy] no sound alert on new mail in evolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/134214 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 144331] Re: when selecting the "Select Today" option, calendar goes to following week.
I confirm this bug. I'm using Gutsy and Evolution 2.12.1. My locale is ru_RU.UTF-8 (don't know if it matters, but in Russia weeks are considered to start on Monday). When all days are marked is working and calendar is set to Working Week view, the Today button changes view to wrong week and goes to the wrong day unless the week is set to start on Sunday. Today is Sunday Mar 2. The following shows how start-of-the-week setting affects the result. Week starts on / Jumps to Monday / Mon Mar 3 Tuesday / Tue Mar 4 Wednesday / Wed Mar 5 Thursday / Thursday Mar 6 Friday / Fri Mar 7 Saturday / Sat Mar 8 Sunday / Sun Mar 2 (CORRECT) -- when selecting the "Select Today" option, calendar goes to following week. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/144331 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 156535] Re: After changing due date of task in task list, the selection jumps to a random task
I confirm. The selected item indeed loses focus on date change (so that the focus is on another item). This happens even if the change does not lead to reordering of items. Addition to steps to reproduce: you first need to switch your calendar to List view. The list need not be long, focus has been lost for lists of 28 and 10 items. -- After changing due date of task in task list, the selection jumps to a random task https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/156535 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 194107] Wrong month printed in Evolution
I confirm this behaviour for Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy and Evolution 2.12.1: 1. In calendar, change to Month view (e.g. March 2008). 2. Select a day not belonging to the current month (e.g. Feb 29 or Apr 1). 3. Print. A calendar for the month of the selected day will be printed instead of the month displayed, which is unexpected. To print the calendar for three months, one needs to print three times. I would classify this as a lack of feature, not as a bug. So I suggest renaming this bug to "Wrong month printed in Evolution" -- multi page (multi month) print in evolutoin https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/194107 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 159065] Re: Alarm does not work properly
For me (Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy, Evolution 2.12.1), pop-up alerts work well, but the sound is never played, whether set to be played at the start of the appointment, or some time before. -- Alarm does not work properly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/159065 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
