Been looking @ this bug today. And it seems its not that easy to fix. The nautilus-menu-provider only provides a function to ADD menu items. But if we want to replace/rename a menu item, it would need some dirty hacks in Nautilus! Also nautilus-cd-burner is depreciated, and will be replaced by Brasero in Gnome!
