Argh, sorry, this is all wrong. This is my configuration: 4 workspaces/viewports/whatever vsize=1 hsize=4 number_of_desktops=1 Changing number_of_desktops to 4 brings back the old Gnome-look to the workspace switcher. This brings the ability to move windows back to life, but also reinstates the Gnome workspaces, if you can call them that.
