[Bug 1802680] [NEW] Adding keyboard layout broken without logout
Public bug reported: On my system, the default keyboard layout is English (Colemak). I have English (US) as a secondary keyboard layout. I attempted to add Russian, which worked. However, when I switched to it using Super+Space, input was really done in Qwerty.
