[Bug 1815284] [NEW] Middle click down opens file

2019-02-09 Thread Michal Predotka
Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 18.08 here.

In Ubuntu 16.04 I could middle click on a file in Nautilus then drag and
drop it to another folder. After that a small dialog appeared if I want
to copy or move the file.

Now when I press middle click on a file, the file opens immediately and
although I can move it to another folder, there's no choice if I want to
copy or move the file.

[Bug 1616943] Re: Can't auth against U1 in g-s

2016-11-26 Thread Michal Predotka
I checked again today. There was an update for gnome-software. I updated via
Synaptic to avoid updating other packages from the repository. I just checked
"gnome-software" to be updated. Synaptic also checked "gnome-software-common"
and "ubuntu-software" to be updated. Apart from that Synaptic also checked
"libsnapd-glib1" and "snapd-login-service" to be installed. So after updating
and installing mentioned packages, I closed Synaptic and started g-s, I
searched for "krita" (snap version showed up) and tried to install it but
without luck (error about wrong password). I restarted my computer and tried
again installing Krita. This time it went fine. After I entered my launchpad
email and password, I was asked to enter my computer password. After that I
clicked "continue" and Krita was installed.

[Bug 1620797] [NEW] Can't see my password

2016-09-06 Thread Michal Predotka
Public bug reported:

I was trying to install a snap (Krita app). The store asked me to login to
UbuntuOne account. It wasn't possible due to bug #1616943 but for a moment I
thought I typed a wrong password. Unfortunately there's no option to reveal
typed password.
Screenshot attached.

[Bug 1616943] Re: Can't auth against U1 in g-s

2016-09-06 Thread Michal Predotka
Today I was trying to install a snap package for the very first time.
The app was 'Krita' ('krita' in the Ubuntu Store). I was surprised I
have to log in to UbuntuOne account to install the app and later
disappointed it is actually not possible. I was about to file a bug but
I spotted this one :)

[Bug 1592382] Re: Updates are notified even when they are installed automatically

2016-06-28 Thread Michal Predotka
I also tested this and for me it seems to be working properly. What's
more important, the issue with notification displayed when
connecting/disconnecting USB devices is fixed as well. Many thanks :)
