@old_toby: Thank you for confirming that you could open About Me without
error. Could you be more specific about what you meant by "nothing is
saved"? Please provide steps to reproduce the error. Also, were you
running in live mode or did you test in an installed instance?

Sebastien,
Yes, I encountered this with Virtual Box. I did not alt f2, I ran alt-ctrl f1
and copied the xsession-error file on the first boot attempt.

I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of 716714, but they do appear
similar.

[Bug 720383] Re: Error while Sending message

2011-02-16 Thread Patrick Wright
I emailed Akhil Laddha at Novell about this issue.
"""
Have you changed sent item folder ?
Please have a look at Edit -> Preferences -> Edit account -> Defaults
tab and sent folder location. If you haven't chosen folder, please do.
Hope it will help.

Thanks,
Akhil
"""

I followed these steps and sure enough it worked.

There is a Revert button on the Defaults tab that sets Sent and Drafts
to the appropriate folders automatically.

It seems the issue now is related to the default Sent and Drafts folders
not being set properly when a new account is created.
