[Bug 500706] [NEW] Single block part in the top edge

Hi!

I managed to run into a bug while playing Gnometris. I stacked the
blocks to the top edge of the game and then cleared four rows at a time.
The rows were removed but there was a single square of a former block
hanging at top for the whole game.

I posted a duplicate of this bug yesterday in which I pointed out
another strange behaviour: If you disable the login sound, you can't
play the preview ('play' icon) of the other sounds anymore.
