[Bug 1728002] [NEW] Ubuntu Dock doesn't distinguish which windows need attention
Public bug reported: One of the really nice things about the Ubuntu doc in Unity is that once a window sent a WM_URGENT signal, it was highlighted until you visited it. That made it easy to circle around when folks were trying to get you on IRC or the like without having to regularly poll. Since the 17.10 upgrade on the Ubuntu Dock extension (which is working well otherwise), this is really missed, and I realized all week I was missing pings on IRC. Can this be fixed addressed in the ubuntu-dock? ** Affects: gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1728002 Title: Ubuntu Dock doesn't distinguish which windows need attention To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock/+bug/1728002/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 759140] [NEW] gnome-power-manager incorrectly parsing full battery level
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager Using a thinkpad W510 whenever I go to battery the gnome-power-manager icon turns red. I finally got to the bottom of why, which is an incorrect parsing of the battery levels. If I bring up the Power Statistics panel I see what is attached (notice the energy when full is 10x what it should be). If looked in /sys and the energy levels for the battery there look correct, so this is probably something in the parsing and computing of those values. [Bug 192009] Re: gnome panel has no way to specify on which screen it should appear
Adding a me too of this make gnome not work on most of my machines, given that they are accessed via NX. A revert of this patch would be appreciated. -- gnome panel has no way to specify on which screen it should appear https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/192009 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
