I am experiencing the same issue. - My time format is set to 12-hour format. - I have locations in both 12-hour and 24-hour default formats - When I first open the drop-down the times display in their default formats - After a minute they switch to 12-hour format
Expected behavior: format should be the same as your preference 12 or 24-hour.
