[Bug 1665991] [NEW] After every resume from sleep, gnome-software apparently crashes
Public bug reported: After every resume from sleep, gnome-software apparently crashes. The crash pop-up shows up and mentions a problem in gnome-software. I select the checkbox to send the report and click Continue, but nothing happens, instead another dialog appears about some internal problem. This has been going on for months, almost after every resume from sleep. I check the journal (journalctl -p err -n) but no error is listed for that time frame. ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.10 Package: gnome-software 3.20.1+git20161013.0.d77d6cf-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.8.0-37.39-generic 4.8.16 Uname: Linux 4.8.0-37-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: zfs zunicode zcommon znvpair zavl nvidia_uvm nvidia_drm nvidia_modeset nvidia ApportVersion: 2.20.3-0ubuntu8.2 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Sun Feb 19 11:39:38 2017 InstallationDate: Installed on 2016-11-28 (82 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 16.10 "Yakkety Yak" - Release amd64 (20161012.2) SourcePackage: gnome-software UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: gnome-software (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug yakkety -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-software in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1665991 Title: After every resume from sleep, gnome-software apparently crashes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-software/+bug/1665991/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 1567085] [NEW] LUKS swap partition destroyed upon reboot in 15.10 and 16.04
Public bug reported: Usually on every reboot, sometimes every other, the LUKS encrypted swap partition is being destroyed. blkid shows no UUID for the partition, cryptsetup doesn't recognize it as a LUKS partition. This is logged: Tra 06 23:05:41 deltalabs systemd[1]: dev-disk-by\x2duuid-9e972bb6\x2df6dc\x2d4e64\x2d8976\x2d2df54bd076f7.device: Job dev-disk-by\x2duuid-9e972bb6\x2df6dc\x2d4e64\x2d8976\x2d2df54bd076f7.device/start tim Tra 06 23:05:41 deltalabs systemd[1]: Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-by\x2duuid-9e972bb6\x2df6dc\x2d4e64\x2d8976\x2d2df54bd076f7.device.
