closing the bug? but this is a serious bug and it is far for being solved!!
does that mean that the solution to any problem with evolution is just go back
to thunderbird??

[Bug 494518] Re: Liste de contacts ne fonctionne pas dans evolution Ubuntu 9.10

2010-02-01 Thread alice
nobody asked for any further information! which information is lacking?
it is as Eric explained:
- in the contacts tab, create a new list of contacts (menu
fichier/nouveau/liste de contacts)
- in the new window, choose a name for the list, then hit sélectionner and
choose (for example) three of your contacts to be in this new list, then
fermer, then valider. The new list now appears as a single contact.
- now go back to the courriel tab, create a new message (menu
fichier/nouveau/message)
- In the à area, type the name of the list, a drop-down menu appears in that
area with all the names of the contacts of the list, so that you have to choose
one of these contacts. The contact you choosed is now in the à area, but only
that one. So if the list contains 30 contacts, you have to do it 30 times.

evolution 2.28.1 on ubuntu 9.10

I'm just repeating what Eric already said.

I have the same problem and I find it really serious. This make
evolution unusable for anyone who has to deal with a lot of contacts and
contact lists.

[Bug 458737] Re: No Sound or outputs M-Audio Delta 44 ICE1712

2009-12-07 Thread Alice
Hi Guys!!

Excuse my poor English.

After days trying everything to solve my problem with a Delta 1010LT
audio, I got the solution:

Decided

As if it was useful to someone (I hope), my problem was solved by
Hispasonic-Guitman on from here my heartfelt gratitude

The solution has been to uninstall all that smell to pulseaudio.

As simple... WORK !!

Again, Thanks Guitman.

[Bug 309990] [NEW] crashes when loading list of audio files

2008-12-20 Thread Alice Raunsbæk
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

Using Ubuntu 8.10
Brasero packet version: 0.8.2ubuntu1 (intrepid)

What I expected to happen:
List of audio files finishes to load so I can press burn.

What happened:
A list of audio files were loading and as one of the last files are loaded the
application terminates without warning.

Happens if:
* double-clicking a saved playlist (application starts an begins loading list
of tracks)
* starting application and selecting a recent project (begins loading list of
tracks)
* starting application and opening a project from the browser (begins loading
list of tracks)

Details:
My projects are saved on the desktop.

Result:
Renders the application rather useless as this happens almost every time (I
have no I idea what I did different the one time I had it working!)

ProblemType: Bug
Architecture: i386
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.10
ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/brasero
