The screen goes blank regardless of whether 'Activate screen saver when
computer is idle' is selected, and does so after about 30 min regardless
of the time set on 'Regard the computer as idle after:'

When a full screen app is running the screen saver should not cut in at
all.

Well it's not the screen saver as I have un-installed that. The power
management is set to never for both display and computer. So it's either
another problem or the power management is not working properly.
