[Bug 1994485] Re: Suspend screen bug Gnome and Gnome with video card AMD RX6500XT
With different AMD CPU`s (Ryzon family 36000XT, 3800XT, 3900X, 5600X) and B450 and B550 chipsets i am getting the same issue when i lock the screen. The interesting thing is that with Intel CPU (i5-7500) and motherboard chipset (H270), this issue is not present. I was able to wake up the PC from idle without any problems. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1994485 Title: Suspend screen bug Gnome and Gnome with video card AMD RX6500XT To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1994485/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 1999122] [NEW] Gnome 42.5 Nigth Light does not work properly with dual monitors
Public bug reported: I`am using dual monitors Huawei Mateview GT 27'', VA, QHD, 165Hz, 1500R, HDR, Display on my working PC. They are connected to AMD Radeon RX5500XT video card with HDMI (one monitor) and Display port (second monitor). The problem is that Gnome Night Light works only to one monitor (connected to DP). There is no matter whether you are using Wayland or Xorg session. The result is always the same. I have tested Redshift which works only with Xorg session. [Bug 1968040] Re: Blanked screen doesn't wake up after locking [drmModeAtomicCommit: Argument invalide] [drmModeAtomicCommit: Invalid argument]
Blanked screen doesn't wake up after locking (dual monitors pc desktop config) when i use new AMD Radeon video card as RX6500XT for example. I was able to reproduce this issue in Ubuntu 20.04.4, Ubuntu 22.04 and Fedora 36. First I thought there was a problem with the video driver. Make some test with new property AMD drivers 22.10/20 for Ubuntu 20.04.4/5 HWE and Ubuntu 22.04 and always receive the same result. In the end after switching to KDE based Kubuntu 22.04 this error does not replicate. So the problem is not related with the video driver, it is connected with Gnome . -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to mutter in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1968040 Title: Blanked screen doesn't wake up after locking [drmModeAtomicCommit: Argument invalide] [drmModeAtomicCommit: Invalid argument] To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-shell/+bug/1968040/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
