I confirm the bug and would be happy if a fix for it gets into Dapper

[Bug 57568] Re: Cannot play the default radio stations

2006-10-13 Thread istoyanov
I can confirm this bug on an up-to-date Dapper Drake system. The only
difference from the already reported problem is that I finally get a
dialog window, with some strange text along "unknown playback error",
that I cannot close. The main rhythmbox window also doesn't respond and
I have to kill the application forcefully.

[Bug 43322] Re: EOG crashes when stopping slideshow

2006-09-14 Thread istoyanov
I can confirm the (random, not constantly reproducible) crashes with eog

NOTE: I don't use the slideshow feature, but always view the pictures in

[Bug 53452] Re: Nautilus generates missfont.log while generating PDF thumbnails in opened folder

2006-07-20 Thread istoyanov
It turned out that *not* .pdf, but .dvi files cause the missfont.log
file to appear in the user's home folder while (? evince-thumbnailer)
was trying to create a thumbnail. In search for more example .dvi files
I downloaded the AUCTeX manual[1] that also generates the mentioned .log
file and (to my suprise) couldn't[2] be opened by evince.

[Bug 42410] Re: Evince-thumbnailler bug with thumbnail of .dvi

2006-07-20 Thread istoyanov
After installing tetex-base, tetex-bin and tetex-extra I am able to open
the attached .dvi file. Before installing these packages, evince used to
say "DVI document has incorrect format" when I was trying to open *any*
.dvi file.

However, I didn't notice any system slow-down while evince tried to
generate a thumbnail, a file named "missfont.log" appeared in my home
