[Bug 2023742] Re: Cannot select multiple files in Nautilus 44.0 with Ctrl + Left Mouse Button and problems with paste/delete files
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 2023417 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2023417 I have the same problem and, based on the bug report above, I assume that many others have this problem. I know there is a workaround, but it seems inexcusable to me that Ubuntu does not push a fix through Software Updater. I detest Windows, but Microsoft would fix this issue universally and not expect the end-user to have to search for and install an obscure patch. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2023742 Title: Cannot select multiple files in Nautilus 44.0 with Ctrl + Left Mouse Button and problems with paste/delete files To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/2023742/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 1882267] [NEW] nautilus Find function stuck in 'full text' search mode
Public bug reported: After searching in "Full Text" mode in Nautilus, then changing to "Filename" search mode, Nautilus continues to return results based on "Full Text" mode. Example: I opened Files program, clicked on Find, then clicked the drop-down and selected "File Name". I then searched for the word "atlantic." The results returned not only file names with "atlantic" in them, but file names that did not contain "atlantic" in the file title, but where the word "atlantic" could be found in the body of the file's text. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1882267 Title: nautilus Find function stuck in 'full text' search mode To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1882267/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
