 Instead of Beryl ?
I have explored and I think that transparent window is when i don't use
it before starting beryl, but just after. If I use the window (up or
down the volume) before starting beryl, she stay.
 Maybe not a bug.

 composite manager is running

Yes I'm sorry, I'm so bad with english. I think you're rignt. That's
not a bug. The transparent window is used after beryl start, not before.
But I report because if I close beryl the transparent window is still
used or if I use the sound manager before beryl start, after starting
beryl it stay normal (not transparent). But I think that's not important.
And sorry for my english

[Bug 83724] [Feisty] Sound manager window is different

2007-02-07 Thread leo.lsdb
Public bug reported:

I don't know if that's a bug or a configuration problem, but the window who
appear on screen when I increase or reduce sound is different randomly.
The first is the same that in Edgy Eft for example.
The second is a nice transparent window. I don't know how to be more precise,
sorry.
 Why 2 ? (I like the second :) )

I'm using Gnome with Beryl. If I close beryl, the transparent window
become not transparent. But when I start beryl, the window is the same
than with Edgy. I don't understand but you may right, Beryl seems too
add the second screen. (But it seems to work bad).
