[Bug 157178] gnome-session fails to start. Starts failsafe xterm instead

2007-10-25 Thread nithinsujir
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-session

1. I also tried kde and I get the same error. "I was unable to start
your session and I will start failsafe xterm"

2. From the failsafe xterm I type gnome-session and it starts up just
fine.

3. I created a new user and I am able to login into gnome-session just
fine.
