2006-11-14 Thread ranespa
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gimp

When I want to print some images, usually I use gimp. But with the two
panel of gnome, button will be "beneath" the bottom panel and are
unreachable if I don't move entire window. This happens "only" with the
printing window, that is opened with "print" in menu at 1024x768 res.

I don't know if this is a duplicate of bug #58445 or if it is related to
bug #64329 reported by me. I may just say that I closed session in a
clean way after a Gaim crash. I leave you an attachment.

[Bug 61082] File-roller don't use mime type, also context menu "open with" seems duplicate "view" function.

2006-09-18 Thread ranespa
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: file-roller

1) Create an archive by one file whose mime type is well known.
2) Open it with file roller.
3) Right click and select "open with". You obtain a dialog box.
4) Right click and select "view". You obtain a dialog box.

I think that file-roller has to use mime type as other apps.

[Bug 53184] Re: toggling "show desktop" setting fails

Confirmed in edgy eft k2 too. I found a stupid workaround. Run a
terminal, type "nautilus", then you get a new instance of nautilus and
icons on desktop! Close nautilus and desktop disappeares and returns!
