[Bug 1004476] [NEW] gimp missing unity launcher symbol and globalmenu bugs

2012-05-25 Thread steros
Public bug reported:

When opening gimp 2.6 I see a symbol popping up in the unity launcher, but
immediately it disappears.
Also when hitting alt + tab there is no gimp window even if it is visible on
the desktop.
Third when opening a lot new windows with strg + shift + c then strg + shift +
v this crashed my gimp globalmenu.
I had the menu and entries like File and so on. But selecting File or such
opens a dropdown which is like 5 pixels high and has none sub-entries
whatsoever.

[Bug 878198] Re: Difficult to grab window borders in unity-2d

2012-03-29 Thread steros
Not to be rude, but changing importance to low is highly questionable.
Resizing a window is a main task, if it wasn't then you would not need windows
anyhow.
Also a lot of people have this problem.

Please rethink this desicion as it is a highly annoying bug.

[Bug 745780] Re: multiple prompts from gnome-keyring

2011-07-12 Thread steros
I noticed that if you enter the password into the first appearing prompt
immediately after it appears just when other things still load after startup. I
only get this one password prompt.
But if I do not enter it directly but wait till everything has finished loading
after startup I will get 3 prompts.

[Bug 620448] Re: no login needed after suspend

2010-10-15 Thread steros
Yep is still an issue. At least in Ubuntu 10.10, although i do not know if that
has the never version.
Also its a bid more difficult now as at step 3 when the login window appears,
this will not interrupt the suspend anymore.
So if you are not fast enough typing your password the computer will suspend.
But if you are fast enough the computer will go to suspend logged in and return
from suspend logged in!

[Bug 478296] [NEW] nautilus ext3 file display issue

Nautilus needs ages to display this folder content.
And when it has finished loading it will not display folder.jpg although in
other folders it does.
But on some random behavior. Cause sometimes it loads the whole folder content
very quickly and then not.
