Public bug reported:

In the Ubuntu 12.04 (up to date as of 21st of August, 2012) it is not
possible to remove CTRL+ALT+T shortcut.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press CTRL+ALT+T -> Terminal launches.
2. Go to "System Settings".
3. Select "Keyboard" -> "Shortcuts" -> "Custom Shortcuts"
4. Remove "Launch Terminal" shortcut assignment.
5. Close settings window.
6. Press CTRL+ALT+T -> Terminal STILL launches.

CTRL+ALT+T conflicts with a shortcut I am used to in the IntelliJ IDEA
Application.
