Public bug reported: In the Ubuntu 12.04 (up to date as of 21st of August, 2012) it is not possible to remove CTRL+ALT+T shortcut.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Press CTRL+ALT+T -> Terminal launches. 2. Go to "System Settings". 3. Select "Keyboard" -> "Shortcuts" -> "Custom Shortcuts" 4. Remove "Launch Terminal" shortcut assignment. 5. Close settings window. 6. Press CTRL+ALT+T -> Terminal STILL launches. CTRL+ALT+T conflicts with a shortcut I am used to in the IntelliJ IDEA Application. ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1039443 Title: Not possible to remove CTRL+ALT+T shortcut To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/1039443/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
