We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017. I have the same issue. The right click menu Paste option is greyed out when connected to a remote SFTP server through Nautilus. If I don't have files copied to my clipboard, the Paste option is greyed and cannot be clicked (when you hover on it there is no coloured selection bar).
