[Bug 113536] Re: gnome-keyring-manager locked at boot

2007-09-22 Thread Pablo
This issue seems to have disappeared, probably with any ubuntu upgrading
process... I will stay on proving looking for this issue...

but it has probably disappeared, keyring manager behaved correctly last
time...(not proved again since I posted this bug until this morning)

If it fails again, I´ll tell you something ok??

Thank you!!!

Are you still getting the issue? May you try to reproduce it with Gutsy
Gibbon? You may grab a CD Image from here:

Do you have easy steps to trigger the bug? f-spot crashing is a
different issue, you can open a different bug about it

[Bug 113536] Re: gnome-keyring-manager locked at boot

2007-07-12 Thread Pablo
MORE INFORMATION:
I have to say that my gnome-keyring-password is the same than my user password.

NOTES:

I think this bug should not have low importance assigned, because it
also causes F-Spot to crash when I try to upload photos to a Google Web
album (pressing on Deny causes F-Spot to crash)

In my opinion, this is an important bug because it's a very important
application that belongs to the GNOME base system, and it's widely used
by other applications.

2007-05-25 Thread Pablo
This window appears for unlocking keyring when a previously configured
wireless connection is detected. After the password is entered, this
window is prompted again, until I press Deny (Denegar)

unlock the current session. Same behaviour, and, when I press Deny, this
error window is prompted

Thank you for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? Could you
make a screenshot of the dialog? Do you have anything about that to
.xsession-errors?

[Bug 113536] Re: gnome-keyring-manager locked at boot

2007-05-21 Thread Pablo
Hello!!!

My Ubuntu version is Feisty recently installed (I had Kubuntu before,
but a little buggyI decided to clean my hard-disk and installed
Ubuntu Feisty)

Nothing about it in .xsession-errors (this file is very little, probably
15 lines or less...)

Now I can't make the screenshot of the dialog because I'm at home and I have no
wireless connections available (I don't know any Wep key of any wireless
network surrounding my home...), but I will try to post a screenshot from my
office when I get to it...ok???

When I suspend computer there is no strange behaviour, after suspend the
keyring-manager is asked from network-manager application to provide the
desired WEP key, and there is no problem. The problem becomes when I boot my
computer and network-manager finds that wireless network: it asks
keyring-manager for the WEP key, keyring-manager asks me the key to unlock the
default session, but it acts like if my password was bad... I have to press
Deny because Accept is rejected, and after that, the wireless network
configuration dialog appears and I have to enter the WEP key again...

Tomorrow I will try to post a screenshot...

Thank you for your interest!
