Thanks for following up! Using that fiel I can confirm that it is affecting this. When openning up this I took get the first page loaded and it fails to load the following two. Unfortantly I don't have the abilities to go any further into why but hopefully this can be followed up with someone with more abilities and knowledge than myself. I'm attaching ps file that shows error in evince.
