Public bug reported: Every few minutes, when performing some other function like checking for new messages, my inbox will lose most of my email messages (showing only emails from Jan 1, 2013 and earlier).
The next time I check for new mail, it will download the whole inbox from the server. No emails seem to be lost in the transaction, but does take some time to download the whole index of emails again each time - and this happens very frequently. I believe this is new, as of the 13.04 Ubuntu upgrade. -Adam ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 13.04 Package: evolution 3.6.4-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.8.0-22.33-generic 3.8.11 Uname: Linux 3.8.0-22-generic i686 ApportVersion: 2.9.2-0ubuntu8 Architecture: i386 Date: Fri May 24 10:48:17 2013 InstallationDate: Installed on 2011-06-15 (709 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" - Release i386 (20110427.1) MarkForUpload: True SourcePackage: evolution UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to raring on 2013-05-20 (4 days ago) ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 raring -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1183832 Title: Evolution regularly empties (and completely reloads) my IMAP+ inbox To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/1183832/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
