Public bug reported: Since a recent Evince update, it is not possible to use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down the document when not in focus. However, it is possible to use the double-finger scroll on the trackpad.
This is an extremely useful thing when working with split screen, like when writing text while reading a pdf document. With this bug, the user has to click on the pdf document to be able to scroll, and click back in the text editor to go back to writing.
