There are some news about the problem. It is better now, but still weird. When I go to the hibernation I can come back and the windows are not closed anymore, but when I move a windows or close it the screen flares and so stay it, until I restart the computer. I got Ubuntu 17.10 on my laptop and I don't have this problem, it works fine. There's a little detail that can be helpful. When I start the hibernation there are some seconds until the LED from monitor starts to blink. If I try to come back before the LED blinks so it works fine further.
