The Desktop Team is small and I believe we aren't interested in developing additional themes. Sorry. Maybe a community-developed theme would work for you? The Ubuntu Desktop Team's focus is on the new Yaru themes. I don't think we have plans to work on this request. Someone from the community could salvage the old Ambiance GNOME Shell theming and put it in the Ambiance package. (You will then probably need to use GNOME Tweaks to switch Shell themes.)
