The provided file was not recognized by cupsys as a Postscript file
because of an invalid "magic" number.

If this is an issue, then this is a cups issue but this is a normal
behavior.

Cups identifies the document as a text document
(CONTENT_TYPE=text/plain) Hence it uses the filter texttops then pstops.

I haven't read the postscript specification for a while but your file
doesn't look like a postscript file to cups because each line begins
with a TAB and it shouldn't.

You'll find in attachment a corrected file.

I will mark this report as "won't fix" if everyone agree ?
