The first thing to check is to please uninstall these extensions: 'native-window-placem...@gnome-shell-extensions.gcampax.github.com', 'fullscreen-notificati...@sorrow.about.alice.pm.me', 'sound-output-device-choo...@kgshank.net' We find so many gnome-shell bugs are caused by extensions that they should be removed as a first step.
