Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Appears to only happen with window closes itself.. E.g. right now I am typing "through" an "Emptying the Trash" window that didn't fully close. Other times only the 'shadowing' of the window still exists. A temporary fix might be to have a 'refresh screen' button (in the shutdown menu or within 'Administration->Screens & Graphcs'). This is not a critical error, just annoying, As one is able (as I am currently doing so) to work around it by just ignoring it.
