Public bug reported: Environment -----------
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS package: gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock/focal,focal,now 67ubuntu20.04.5 Number of monitors: 2 Background ---------- I upgraded from 18.04 to 20.04 after the official launch date. The dock also didn't work properly on 18.04 with two monitors. You had to select the wrong monitor to have the dock on the side you really wanted. What I expect to happen ----------------------- I expect to have the dock on the monitor I choose. What really happens ------------------- Now focusing on 20.04 which is my current version. When I first installed it, the Dock was showing on one side but after changing the initial setting just for the sake of testing, the dock shows always on both monitors no matter what setting I choose. ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: focal upgrade-software-version ** Tags added: gnome ** Description changed: Environment ----------- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS package: gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock/focal,focal,now 67ubuntu20.04.5 Number of monitors: 2 - Background ---------- I upgraded from 18.04 to 20.04 after the official launch date.
