Hello, I also use the Bug Report Tool, or BRT, found in: Applications Programming Bug Report Tool. I am also getting the Either --appname or --package arguments are required error when I click on the BRT. I think this is still an issue, and needs to be repaired. Here is the path to getting to this error: Ubuntu Release 8.04(hardy) Kernel Linux 2.6.24-16-generic GNOME 2.22.1 1) Go to system Preferences Main Menu 2) In the Main Menu options navigate to Programming, and click the Bug Report Tool. Hi Seb, I got the same thing, this is on Hardy 8.04 Version 2.21.90dfsg-0ubuntu1 . I tried combinations of :- bug-buddy gdm bug-buddy --gdm but still got the same window.
