[Bug 195650] Re: Calendar startup and close immediately after 3 Warning that can not open Notize (from a not existing CALDAV)

2010-11-01 Thread judo-yannick
Hello,

I got a similar bug using Ubuntu 10.10 with standard Evolution. I am
importing two external calendars. One as iCal from http:// this seems to
work well. The other calendar I'm importing via Webcal seems to cause
some strange errors. As soon as I open calendar-view in Evolution there
are several errors shown, that my tasks, notize, calendars can't be
loaded, so every calendar is deactivated.

Then I can reactivate the calendars without causing any errors, as far
as I'm opening the webcal-calendar first. But my tasks are still not
visible. I don't want to always reactivate my calendars and I always
want to see my tasks.

Hope somebody knows how to fix this.

I started evolution via command-line, but there's no helpful output I think:
yann...@yannick-laptop:~$ evolution
RSS Plugin enabled (evolution 2.30, evolution-rss 0.2.0)

If this is still an issue, may you forward it upstream to
bugzilla.gnome.org? for instructions on how to do it please have a look
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME ; leaving this as
incomplete until that, thanks.

[Bug 195650] Re: Calendar startup and close immediately after 3 Warning that can not open Notize (from a not existing CALDAV)

2008-04-19 Thread satkata
I am using Ubuntu Hardy up-to-date in german language.

I can confirm the panel freeze, although I have not done the above described
steps.
I have no idea what could be the reason for this. 3 days ago everything was
working just fine and now both panel freeze at single click on the clock
applet. Restarting the panel "killall gnome-panel" makes it work again, but if
click on the clock applet, the freeze occurs again.

I have only installed an ip-blocker, which caused, that no temperature
and weather info was displayed, but have removed it again. So this
should not be the reason, or I'm wrong?

I have no idea what further information I can provide, so advises are
welcome.
