Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
If I tell nautilus to unmount an external drive, and rhythmbox is playing a file from it (or, has been and is paused), the drive can't be unmounted until you skip to a track not on the drive. In gutsy, it worked (although it took two attempts at unmounting), and rhythmbox automatically changed the track to one that would allow unmounting. Assuming nautilus notifies programs that the user is trying to unmount the drive, rhythmbox should immediately let go of the file. If nautilus isn't notifying programs, then it should. ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Hardy] rhythmbox holds on to removable drives https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/205976 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
