Public bug reported: I'm not sure I chose the right package for the bug. When you move a window, an orange tooltip appears indicating what position the window will take after moving. This tooltip often remains on the screen after the window has been moved. This seems to happen when the window ends up not moving. It is expected that once the window is placed the tooltip should disappear.
