sudo apt-get install nautilus-share restart. I got exactly the same problem. Thank you for your bug report. That is not a nautilus bug, shares-admin has been replaced by nautilus-share, ubuntu-desktop has not been updated to trigger the new package yet though. I installed nautilus-share now, but unfortunately it didn't help me at all.
