Public bug reported: in the F-Spot import dialog you can only choose a complete volume, not a order; this is brain-dead! I have a 250 GB NFS volume with ca. 40000 image files, but I want to import only a small subset (my private photos)
F-Spot should allow to select any order to import (use the gnome standard dialog for it!) I fail to understand how a program so incomplete and full of bugs could become the default image administration tool for Ubuntu 8.04 (LTS!); the Nautilus integration is a desaster, the German localization is almost non-existent etc. etc. gThumb lacks shine and hype, but at least it works ** Affects: f-spot (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- F-Spot import dialog is crippled https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/227721 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to f-spot in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
