Seems similar. Now I do not experience this bug because I reinstalled the system. This was caused by some packages I installed from the repository (do not remember which ones exactly). By the way, I found that some themes, all controls previews in controls selection dialogue and all icon theme previews are not displayed proprly, with big question mark on them.
