[Bug 241647] Re: bbc iplayer hangs rhythmbox
Hi I'd like to reopen this bug as I've found a fix. I spotted this on http://mattions.wordpress.com/2008/10/05/rhythmbox- and-firefox-on-hardy/. All you need to do is sudo apt-get install libflashsupport ...and then restart firefox and rhythmbox. I've confirmed that this works. I guess all that's needed is to make either firefox or rhythmbox depend on this additional package. Okay here's the output of gdb and my .xsession-errors. In the gdb output, I ran attach immediately after step 3. I.e.
