You have been subscribed to a public bug: Currently, the command for gdmsetup is this in the menu:
gksu /usr/sbin/gdmsetup This is wrong. It should be: gksu -D /usr/share/applications/gdmsetup.desktop /usr/sbin/gdmsetup What does this change? Well if you don't know, when the GKSU pops up, it will say Login Window between its quotes, not /usr/sbin/gdmsetup. This will be a little more cleaner and less confusing. The other GKSU applications have already implemented this, so why not GDM Setup? ** Affects: gdm (Ubuntu) Importance: Wishlist Status: Invalid -- Systm -> Administration -> Login Window command is wrong https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/281781 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
