It seems we've got a bug affecting cheese/gstreamer (bug #290506) and another one affecting uvcvideo (bug #287888). Those whom can solve the error recompiling the uvcvideo driver as described in #287888 please follow that one, the others that can solve the problem changing resolution would have the #290506 Thanks!
