Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I have a set of Ogg files that use FLAC as the codec (as opposed to
plain .flac files). Rhythmbox can play them, but it can't read the tags
for display, editing, or cataloging. A quick look at the file in a hex
editor shows that the tags are indeed in the file. They use the same
format as an Ogg Vorbis file, so it should be easy to make this work.
